| Practice Description: Anushi Amin is a products lawyer, regulatory advisor and litigator with particular experience in the consumer product, cosmetics and technology sectors. Anushi advises clients on product compliance and regulatory matters, ranging from product launches to any issues that can arise during the life of the product.
Anushi also has experience advising on a range of product liability disputes, with an emphasis on multi-jurisdictional group litigation claims. Notably, she has acted in relation to a high-profile group action litigation before the England & Wales High Court.
Anushi joined Cooley at the end of 2022, after seven years at Freshfields. She has spent time on secondment in Washington DC, and at a major US-based technology company.
