| Practice Description: Elise is a Senior Associate in the Global Products Law practice at Hogan Lovells. Elise works with major companies to help them navigate commercial disputes, product-related safety and compliance issues and the international regulatory landscape. Elise is a specialist product defense counsel, providing strategic product litigation and arbitration advice for clients. She has particular expertise in brand management and reputational advisory work and has guided large manufacturers, suppliers and insurers of consumer products and industrial equipment through matters relating to corrective actions, coronial inquests, supply agreement and product related contractual disputes and global consumer claims. Her experience covers matters involving a wide range of products including electrical equipment and domestic appliances, industrial equipment, cosmetics, medical devices and implantable items, motor vehicles, toys, pharmaceuticals and chemicals. Elise also advises clients in relation to market-entry product regulation and compliance requirements for the UK and the EU.
