| Practice Description: Emma Bichet is a new addition to the Cooley international Products Law team. She is based in Brussels. Emma is an EU law specialist who brings a broad international perspective to her work, amongst other things having studied in the UK, Spain and Belgium, being admitted to the New York bar and a solicitor in England&Wales, and having worked in the European Parliament. Emma has extensive experience advising clients primarily in EU and UK regulatory, environmental and products law. This includes matters in the fields of chemicals, cosmetics, emissions, electrical and electronic equipment, ecodesign and ecolabelling and food and feed safety. She also advises on EU consumer protection law. Her work includes compliance, risk advisory, litigation, and due diligence on corporate transactions.
