| Practice Description: Mr. Mullin is a trial, appellate and regulatory lawyer, and his practice focuses on representing manufacturers in product liability cases, particularly those involving fires, burns and electrocutions and electric shocks. Mr. Mullin is national coordinating counsel for Stanley Black & Decker Corp., where he supervises nationally the defense of cases involving a variety of household and other products, as well as catastrophic claims involving power tools and heavy industrial machinery. A significant part of his practice is representing clients before the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission in connection with recalls, civil penalties and reports and investigations. In addition to his legal career, Mr. Mullin has been involved in the fire service as a firefighter and fire officer for over 30 years.
