Gail has extensive experience at the Australian product safety regulator, the ACCC and in 2012 she created her own product safety consultancy and advocacy business. Gail has set up her website to be a resource for people working in consumer product safety - it contains informative and educational blog articles, educative interview podcasts, guidance e-books and other materials not generally available elsewhere/all in one place. Training materials are being developed for online learning. Gail also has a YouTube channel with curated videos on safety, recalls and design, plus a Slideshare account which also provides informative material. Gail provides advice and training in regulatory compliance and policy; product safety assessments; product recalls. In 2018 Gail published a white paper on the challenges of achieving product safety in a dynamic commercial market.
